The Collet Router
A New Innovation In Woodworking
The Shaw Collet Router is a new type of woodworking machine developed in New Zealand as a collaboration between master woodworker John Shaw and woodworking equipment manufacturer Compakto.
The Collet Router combines the best features of a spindle moulder and a router table into one user-friendly, accurate and highly versatile woodworking machine. A key innovation is the precision joystick control of the cutter both vertically and horizontally.

Innovative Two Axis Joystick Control
The incremental movement precision of the joystick control beats even the most sophisticated Spindle Moulder.
One joystick controls movement in both directions.
Change between rapid and fine movements at the touch of a button.
Fine adjustments of 0.1 mm can be made both vertically and horizontally, and the settings are clearly displayed on the readout.
